Challenges

One of the challenges we encountered while setting up automations for E2W Inc was effectively tracking registrations from different event promoters. The client wanted to monitor the number of registrations each promoter brought in, which required a unique tracking mechanism. 

The challenge we faced in developing the website for E2W Inc was the implementation of custom CSS animations. This required the expertise of our professional front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Solutions

To address the automation challenge, we proposed using hidden fields and unique URLs. By implementing hidden fields within the registration forms, we were able to capture the URL information and associate it with each registration. This allowed us to track registrations specific to each event promoter accurately.

To overcome the landing page challenge, our team utilized their skills in front-end development to implement the custom CSS animations successfully. Their expertise allowed us to achieve the desired visual effects and deliver a captivating landing page for the client.

Results

E2W Inc successfully hosted 100+ attendees at their event, with a well-functioning website showcasing captivating animations. All automations, including event registration responses, affiliate tracking, event check-ins, and reminders, worked flawlessly, satisfying the client's requirements.
