Goals

The client requested to create  assistants for them to summarize google calendar events/meetings and its time, also summarize email and send email+slack

Challenges

After Connecting GPT with Zapier action with Few Simple steps. We are connecting zapier action with GPT. GPT failed multiple times to find the Zapier action. It's mistakenly saying the action was not enabled while zapier action was enabled.
Second Challenge is to train GPT with instructions. As GPT is Very new we faced some instructions that were not executed as we wanted. GPT was doing/think other ways
3rd challenge is we only can to total of 50 prompt per 3 hours from account.

Solutions

To address the misconfiguration we needed to ask the question what the GPT can do for us, with ist  reply we can understand how our instruction and integration is doing so far. Then when GPT kept failing to find its connected Zapier action we asked GPT to show the Name of all enabled ZPT actions… by this it automatically showed a list of enabled action names. And started to run the action by itself.
