Partnering with a leading recruitment company, we deployed advanced AI and automation solutions to enhance their operational efficiency. This collaboration streamlined candidate management and significantly improved the company's productivity.

Challenges

One of the primary challenges was parsing complexity, which involved extracting structured data from varied resume formats. Another challenge was adjusting systems to prioritize US-based candidates, ensuring compliance with the company's hiring policies. Managing thousands of candidate queries daily posed a high-volume interaction challenge. Additionally, ensuring seamless operations across different tools and platforms presented significant integration issues.

Solutions

To address these challenges, we developed scripts to parse emails and resumes from ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other platforms. This data was integrated directly into the company's CRM system, reducing manual data entry. We automated the addition of leads to the CRM system, ensuring all potential candidates were tracked and managed effectively. Filters were implemented to exclude international candidates, focusing recruitment efforts on US-based applicants.

We deployed a voice chatbot using Synthflow and ChatGPT to handle candidate calls, providing immediate responses and freeing up human resources. Additionally, we utilized Zapier and ChatGPT API to develop a chatbot capable of answering thousands of candidate questions daily, significantly reducing the workload on human recruiters.

Results

The company can now handle 1000-2000 candidates per day, with AI managing most interactions. Improved data accuracy in the CRM system was achieved through automated parsing and lead addition.


By successfully filtering out international candidates, the company focused its recruitment efforts on US-based applicants. The use of AI chatbots reduced the burden on human resources by managing candidate inquiries and communications efficiently.
